Shiloh will try to hand second ranked Grafton its second loss this week.
"We`re very fortunate to have a schedule like we do and late in the season we called Grafton. They needed a game and we needed a game so we`re going to meet in Valley City on Saturday and play them. They`re the defending state champions. They actually knocked us out of the state championship game last year so the girls remember that so hopefully we can have a little revenge," said coach Jim Petrik.
Petrik says his team has learned a lot so far this season and one of the big things is the head coach likes to use a certain style of defense.
"We`ve been a man to man team ever since I came on board three years ago. We just really want to cut down on our fouls and force our opponents to make tough shots so we`re going to stick with our man to man and it`s unique because we`re the only team really to play man to man in our region so hopefully that will throw some other teams off
The Skyhawks game against Grafton in Valley City tomorrow is an early one. It starts at noon.
