State Department Endorses Keystone XL Pipeline | Video

The State Department released an environmental impact statement on the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline Friday. And it says the project would have no significant impact on the environment.

North Dakota`s two Senators applauded the findings and say President Obama should step up and give the green light to start construction. However, there will be a 45 day public comment period once EPA posts the report on its website.
