Travel Alert issued for Jamestown, Valley City and Fargo Areas

The North Dakota Department of Transportation has issued a Travel Alert for the southeast region of North Dakota including the cities of Jamestown, Valley City, Ellendale, Fargo, Wahpeton and surrounding areas due to snow and blowing snow causing reduced visibility and snow and ice covered roadways. Conditions are such that motorists can still travel in these areas, but should be advised that conditions could change rapidly. Motorists are encouraged to reduce speeds and drive according to the conditions.
