Schaffhausen Change of Venue Denied

The trial for a Minot man accused of killing his three daughters in Wisconsin will not be moving to another county. A judge denied Aaron Schaffhausen`s request for a change of venue.

Schaffhausen faces three counts of first-degree murder and attempted arson for the deaths of his three daughters in River Falls, Wisconsin last July. His trial is set for April. He`s pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.
