Bee Parasite Insecticide Approved

In 2011, North Dakota was the leading producer of honey in the nation, but a bee parasite is threatening that ranking. top billing. According to North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring, beekeepers in the state can now use an insecticide to control Varroa Mites. The insecticide is called Hopguard and is approved by the Environmental Protection Agency.
