Minot Man Arrested After Police Chase

A Minot man is facing multiple charges after he attempted to flee from police Sunday afternoon. At about 4:15, Minot police attempted to stop Justin Gillmore, 31, but he drove away instead.

Justin led police on a chase until he hit another vehicle. At that time, Daisha Gillmore, 31, got out of the vehicle and was apprehended. Justin fled, but was caught by police a short distance later.

Charges filed against Justin include: Fleeing a Police Officer In a Motor Vehicle, Reckless Endangerment, Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Attended Vehicle, Driving Under Revocation (5th offense) and Failure to Give Immediate Notice of a Reportable Accident. He also had three outstanding warrants.

Daisha was questioned and released. No injuries were reported.
