State lawmakers are gathering in Bismarck to begin the winter session. The 2013 North Dakota legislative assembly begins tomorrow.

Following the November election, a number of new faces will be seen in the House and Senate. Eight new state senators are serving this year, including former governor George Sinner`s son George from Fargo, and Senator Jessica Unruh from District 33. In the House, 17 new state representatives will be sworn in, including Rick Becker and Jason Dockter from Bismarck and Nathan Toman from Mandan.

Governor Dalrymple will give his State of the State address at 1:00 tomorrow afternoon. You can watch it live on NBC North Dakota News.
