Minot Man Arrested for Break-In | Video

Minot police arrested a man after they say he drove drunk and then forced his way into a home. The incident happened at around 2:15 Saturday morning. Police were called to a report of a break-in in northwest Minot.

Officers spotted a vehicle leaving the neighborhood. They stopped the driver, Benjamin Smith, who they say had been drinking. Smith was charged with DUI and criminal trespass.
