FBI Identifies Remains Found in South Dakota

The FBI has identified human remains found near Fort Thompson, SD in October as a teenager who has been missing since May. The remains were positively identified as Shauntae Hope Marks, 15, who has been missing since May 4.

Mark`s body was found in a wooded area on the Crow Creek Indian Reservation on October 19. At first, the remains could not be identified.

The FBI and BIA are investigating the case, people with information are asked to contact the FBI, Pierre Resident Agency, at (605) 224 1331 or the BIA, Crow Creek Agency (605) 245-2311.
