Norberg Verdict Could be Today

A Fargo surgeon accused of drugging and raping his wife could find out today if he`s heading to prison. Dr. Jon Norberg is on trial for allegedly injecting his wife with the anesthetic propofol and having sex with her without her consent. The defense rested yesterday without calling Jon to testify.

His attorneys say his wife made up the story to gain an advantage in their divorce and child custody cases.

The case is expected to go to the jury today.
