Howard Sentenced to Life in Prison

A Jamestown man will serve life in prison without parole for the death of a Somali immigrant. Leron Howard was sentenced today. Abdi Ahmed, 18, was found dead in a ditch near Spiritwood in 2011. He had been beaten and stabbed.

Co-defendant Janelle Cave was convicted in February of manslaughter and criminal conspiracy and is currently serving an 11-year prison sentence.
