Red Ribbon Carnival | Video

Elementary students and their families are invited to attend the 15th Annual Red Ribbon Carnival. Bismarck schools and law enforcement are hosting the celebration for children who choose to say no to drugs and alcohol. You`re encouraged to wear costumes, and the first 10 games are free.

It`s being held at the National Guard Armory until 8 o`clock.

All children must be accompanied by an adult and everyone is asked to bring a non-perishable food item.
