River Road Closure in Bismarck

A section of River Road in Bismarck will be closed to complete construction of a new water intake facility. Effective immediately, the River Road will be closed from the Water Treatment Plant to the South Side of Memorial Bridge, including Fraine Barracks Road.

Traffic needing to access North River Road should use Burnt Boat Drive.

The project is expected to be completed in early November.
