Over $300K in Taylor Campaign

| 6/1/2012

Senator Ryan Taylor`s Campaign for Governor announced today that it has raised over $300,000 in funds since Taylor announced his interest to run in December.

According to the campaign, Taylor raised $258,437.25 during the pre-primary reporting period from January 1 through May 23, 2012. Taylor`s total is now $303,717.71.

"We`re very proud of the funds we`ve raised and the people who`ve joined our cause. It says a lot about the momentum of this campaign and that the people of North Dakota believe in our efforts and what we stand for," said Taylor. "When you get down to the heart of it, our support is coming from hard-working folks right here in North Dakota, from our local communities. This is a grassroots campaign, and these dollars don`t come easy to those giving them. I don`t take one cent of it for granted."

According to the campaign, over 92 percent of donations have come from North Dakotans.
