Authorities say an Oklahoma man paid his handyman to kill his former son-in-law in North Dakota. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says 63-year-old Gene Kirkpatrick was arrested Monday night for conspiracy to commit murder and burglary in the death of 49-year-old Fargo dentist Philip Gattuso.
Meantime, the 41-year-old handyman, Michael Nakvinda, was arrested at his home in Oklahoma City over the weekend. He`s accused of beating Gattuso to death with a hammer at his home and stealing his car and electronic equipment. Nakvinda appeared in court in Oklahoma City and will not fight extradition to North Dakota.
