| The next Eldercare session is from 9 to 10:30 a.m. The session is title, “Stress: Signs & Coping Strategies.” From medical issues to financial strife, family conflict or changes in daily routines, stress is ever-present, so it’s important to know how to effectively cope with it. Learn what stressors are, signs of stress, coping strategies and prevention techniques. Pre-registration is recommended by calling (701) 530-7700. The program is free and open to the public. Materials will be provided. The Technology & Education Center is located at 1310 East Main in Bismarck. Please enter through the south entrance. |
