Parental Anger Management class

	6:00-7:30pm The NDSU Extension Service currently has a “Parental Anger Management” class scheduled. Participants learn to acknowledge anger as a normal emotion, to identify physical anger cues and triggers, as well as strategies to effectively manage anger. This class focuses on parental anger management. This class does not satisfy the criteria for domestic violence anger management class. This is a two session workshop.
