| The session is title, “Surviving the Holidays,” and is presented by St. Alexius Licensed Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator, Bernie Kraft. She will discuss how to stay motivated to exercise during the holidays, how to identify healthier choices during the holidays and how to develop your own healthy holiday menu. Please enter Mercy Medical Center through the Main Entrance near the gift shop. The meeting will be held in the Medical Staff Library.
