Surgical Weight Loss Support Group

	The PrimeCare Surgical Weight Loss Program will host a support group on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The session is title, “Surviving the Holidays,” and is presented by St. Alexius Licensed Registered Dietician and Certified Diabetes Educator, Bernie Kraft. She will discuss how to stay motivated to exercise during the holidays, how to identify healthier choices during the holidays and how to develop your own healthy holiday menu. Boniface Auditorium is located near the East Patient Entrance of St. Alexius, located at Rosser Avenue and 10th Street. Participants are asked to RSVP online by noon on Monday, November 5, 2012.
