Parental Anger Management Workshop
DATES:	11/1/2012 to 11/1/2012
	The NDSU Extension Service and Department of Human Services – Children and Family Services currently have a “Parental Anger Management” workshop scheduled. The focus of this two session class is on parental anger management where participants learn to acknowledge anger as a normal emotion, to identify physical anger cues and triggers, as well as strategies to effectively manage anger. Participants must attend both sessions to obtain credit. Optional Cost of the workbook is $3.00. Pre-registration is required by calling 701-667-3342.
