| In conjunction with November being Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, and as an initiative of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, St. Alexius Medical Center is offering FREE memory screenings and resources on Tuesday, November 13, 2012, National Memory Screening Day. Screenings take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Stop in and have your memory checked. If you’re a caregiver or family member of someone impacted by memory loss, learn about respite care, home safety, support groups, care planning and much more.
