I'm a Southern California girl, born in Los Angeles and raised in Rancho Cucamonga (yes, Rancho Cucamonga).

I spent my college years in Orange County where I got my degree in broadcast journalism at Cal State Fullerton. I first started working in t.v news as an intern for KCAL9 Sports. After graduation, I learned as much as I could about the business, as a reporter for Irvine News and as a media manager at KCBS2/KCAL9 news in Los Angeles.

It's always been my dream to write and tell stories that make a difference in the community. The most rewarding parts of my work are the opportunities I have to travel to interesting places and meet different people. I'm far from home, but at the end of the day, my work adventures make the journey worthwhile!

If I'm not working, I'm either cooking up a delicious storm in the kitchen, shopping for shoes or watching my Los Angeles Lakers bring the title back home! This is my first time leaving California, so coming to North Dakota has definitely been quite an adventure. The 1,600 mile drive was a story in itself!
